Every review answered, in your own voice.
Weekly replies, drafted in your tone and sent on schedule. Every customer is asked, nobody is paid or picked, and a low rating never gets an automated reply. A person reads it first, every time.

Full inclusions and current pricing are on the pricing page. This is what the work actually is.
Weekly review replies, in your brand voice
Drafted from your tone of voice, not a generic template, and sent on a fixed weekly schedule. In every tier.
A human gate on every 1 to 3 star reply
A low-rated review never gets an automated reply. It goes to a person first, every time, regardless of tier.
Review requests that stay inside the law
Every customer is asked, at the point they are most likely to leave a review. Nobody is offered anything for one, and nobody is screened out because they might rate you low. In every tier.
Cross-platform monitoring
Google and Facebook as the core, plus ProductReview.com.au and the platforms your industry runs on: TripAdvisor, HotDoc, hipages, RateMyAgent and the like. In every tier.

Honest label: the reviews above are illustrative samples, and replies are drafted by a tone-conditioned template engine running entirely in this browser tab. Nothing here touches a server. The live LocalEnhance service connects to your real Google Business Profile and Facebook reviews, drafts with AI tuned to your brand voice, and always waits in an approval queue. Nothing posts without your sign-off.
Questions about reviews and reputation
Do you auto-post replies to negative reviews?
No. Every review at 1 to 3 stars goes through a person before a reply goes out, on every tier. Automation drafts a suggested reply. It does not send one to a low-rated review on its own.
Is this within Australian Consumer Law?
Yes, and it is built that way on purpose. The ACCC's position is that a business must not offer incentives for reviews, must not ask only the customers it expects to be happy, and must not remove or hide genuine negative reviews. So every customer is asked, nobody is rewarded, and a critical review gets a considered reply rather than a takedown request. Where a review is fake or breaches the platform's own rules, we flag it through the platform's process and tell you what we did.
What does "in your brand voice" actually mean?
A short interview at onboarding sets the tone: formal or casual, how you sign off, words you do and don't use. Every drafted reply is checked against that, not a single generic template applied to every client.
Which platforms do you monitor?
Google and Facebook as the core of every plan, plus ProductReview.com.au and the industry-specific review platforms relevant to your business, tracked from onboarding.
How fast do reviews get answered?
Weekly, on a fixed schedule, on every tier. Authority tier moves review activity into the unified inbox alongside your other channels, with a dedicated account manager watching response time.
How is this priced in Australia?
Per location, on a fixed monthly tier in Australian dollars, alongside profile and listing management. Foundation starts at A$990 a month. GST treatment is confirmed on the proposal. See pricing.
