Data Deletion Instructions

At LocalEnhance, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. In accordance with Facebook Platform rules, Google User Data Policy, and applicable laws, we provide the following instructions for users who wish to delete their data from our system.


1. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your user account and all associated data, you may do so by following these steps:

Option A: Email Request (Recommended)

  1. Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. Please send the email from the address associated with your LocalEnhance account so we can verify ownership.
  4. We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Option B: Platform Removal (Facebook/Google/X)

You can also revoke our access to your data directly through the settings of the social media platform you connected.

For Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings".
  2. Click on "Apps and Websites".
  3. Find "LocalEnhance" in the list of active apps.
  4. Click "Remove".
  5. Note: This stops us from collecting new data, but to delete historical data we hold, please use Option A.

For Google:

  1. Go to your Google Account Permissions.
  2. Select "LocalEnhance".
  3. Click "Remove Access".

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon your request, we will permanently remove:

  • Your account profile (Name, Email, Phone).
  • Your connected social media tokens and access keys.
  • All images, captions, and schedules you uploaded to our system.
  • Your payment methods (saved cards).

3. Data We Must Retain

Please note that we may retain certain data for legal or accounting purposes as required by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, such as:

  • Invoices and transaction history (for tax reporting).
  • Logs of the deletion request itself (for compliance audits).
