What we've connected, and what it did for the client.
Receipts, not a feature list. Each build below names what it connected to and what the client actually got out of it, with the status word that matches where it stands today.
Lifto Order & Lifto Deliver
Connected: Delivery quoting and QR payments, with order approval that used to run through a Telegram chat.
What the client got: Your own ordering page per branch: counter, pickup and dine-in live today, with courier delivery and card payment coming once live merchant credentials have run.
Receipt-verifying booking system
Connected: GCash and Maya, read by an AI that checks the receipt screenshot against the booking amount.
What the client got: A booking and payment site where the owner approves the match with one tap in Telegram before the booking confirms, instead of checking a bank app by hand.
Electricity retailer platform
Connected: The wholesale electricity spot market (WESM) feed, on a headless CMS.
What the client got: A live rate ticker on the page a visitor is already reading, with lead capture built into the same page instead of a separate form.
Social and ad account connections
Connected: Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) are connected and running. LinkedIn and X connections are in build.
What the client got: A client's accounts stay connected without re-authorising each week, which is the part that normally breaks a reporting pipeline silently.
Lifto Stay, a hospitality PMS
Connected: Channex, certified for distribution to 50+ booking channels.
What the client got: Front desk, housekeeping, folio and room management in one system, in pilot with a partner property.
Publishing connectors
Connected: WordPress, Shopify, and a GitHub-to-Cloudflare Pages pipeline.
What the client got: A client edit sent by WhatsApp turns into a GitHub issue, an AI-drafted fix and a pull request, live once approved, instead of a ticket that sits in a queue.
Behind these builds sit four in-house MCP servers, each one scoped to a single system with its own tool and location allowlist, so an agent working one integration cannot reach into another.
The talk-to-customers integrations live on their own page.
Bilingual voice agents grounded on a client's own rate card, and a unified inbox across WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook, Instagram and Facebook. The demo is a phone number, not a recording.
Questions about connecting to what you use
What counts as an integration, versus a business system?
An integration connects to something outside our platform: a payment gateway, a delivery courier, a booking channel, an ad account. A business system is what runs on our own data model once the connection exists, like invoicing or compliance tracking. Most builds are both.
Which APIs have you actually connected to?
Payment: PayMongo and Stripe. Delivery: Lalamove. Distribution: Channex. Social and ads: Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, with LinkedIn and X in build. Messaging: WhatsApp and Telegram. Publishing: WordPress, Shopify, and Cloudflare Pages. If your system exposes an API worth talking to, we check it before quoting anything.
How do the agents avoid making things up?
They are grounded on the client's own data, a rate card, a catalogue, a reservation calendar, not a general knowledge model guessing. When an agent does not know something, it says so and hands to a person rather than inventing an answer. Call the demo number and try to get it to guess a price.
Is there always a human checking what gets connected?
Yes. Every write an agent makes across any of these integrations defaults to a dry run and queues for a person to approve before it publishes, sends, or moves money.
How is a custom integration priced?
By contact, after we have seen the workflow. Cost depends on how many systems it connects to, how much data moves through it, and how much a person needs to review before something goes out.
Call the demo. Then book a call about your own.
Bring the system you want connected and we'll tell you what it takes to talk to it.
