Websites & Motion

A site that's still yours after the contract ends.

Static edge builds with no server to compromise, scroll-video motion, multilingual routes, and structured data and llms.txt as standard, not an add-on.

Static edge builds

No server to compromise, deployed to the edge, fast by default

Scroll-video heroes

Motion built into the page itself, not a bolted-on video player

Multilingual builds

More than one language done properly, not a machine-translated overlay

Structured data & llms.txt

Schema.org markup and an llms.txt file as standard, not an add-on

What's included

What every build starts with

Full inclusions and current pricing are on the pricing page. This is what the work actually is.

A site you keep after the engagement ends

The website stays yours, forever, once the relationship with LocalEnhance ends. It is not a subscription you lose access to. On every tier that includes a site.

Static edge builds, no server to compromise

Built on Astro and deployed to Cloudflare Pages: no server-side application to patch, no database to breach, and fast by default because there is less to load.

Scroll-video heroes and motion

Motion built into the page structure itself: scroll-driven video heroes, staged reveals, and the kind of movement that reads as premium rather than as a slideshow.

Multilingual builds

Sites built to serve more than one language properly, with separate routes and content rather than a machine-translated layer over English.

Structured data and llms.txt as standard

Schema.org markup and an llms.txt file ship on every site by default, the same standard this site holds itself to, not an upsell.

Dynamic CMS on Authority tier

Authority adds a dynamic website with a content-management system, plus e-commerce, inventory or payments where the business needs them.

How it runs

This runs on the Command Centre, the same system we use ourselves

Every site goes through an 8-phase pipeline, from intake to a live Cloudflare Pages deploy, with screenshots taken at the end so the build is checked, not just declared finished.
Content on the site comes from the same article engine and grader used across client accounts, so copy is checked for AI-writing tells before it ships.
Structured data and llms.txt are generated as part of the build, feeding the same AI-search visibility work that runs across the rest of the account.

Honest label: the two sites above are illustrative mockups, and the score gap is representative of what we typically close, not a specific client's audit. Real engagements start with a live Lighthouse + GEO audit of your actual site. The rebuild ships on the same stack as the page you're reading right now (Astro on Cloudflare's edge) with scores measured, not promised.

FAQ

Questions about websites and motion

Do I actually own the website afterwards?

Yes. The site stays yours to keep once the engagement with LocalEnhance ends. It is built on the same static-edge stack whether the relationship continues or not, so there is nothing that stops working when the contract does.

What's the tech stack, and why does it matter?

Astro, deployed as static files to Cloudflare Pages at the edge. There is no server-side application running your site, which means there is nothing there to compromise, and pages load fast because there is less for a browser to fetch and render.

Do you handle multiple languages?

Yes, as separate routes and translated content, not a machine-translation layer bolted onto an English site. This is scoped per project based on which languages you actually need to serve.

What is a scroll-video hero?

Video or motion tied to how far a visitor has scrolled, so the story plays out as they move down the page instead of autoplaying in a fixed box. It is one of the motion patterns available for a build, used where it fits the brand rather than on every page.

How is this priced?

A premium static website is included from Growth tier, a dynamic CMS site from Authority. A one-time custom build outside a retainer is scoped and quoted after a call, based on languages, integrations and motion complexity. See pricing.
