The challenge
Maps visibility was already strong when we benchmarked the account, so the constraint was not discovery on Google Maps. It was everything outside it. Organic search, the non-Maps results people scroll to when they are researching rather than navigating, was untapped. A restaurant can own the map pack and still be invisible to someone searching for a cuisine or an occasion rather than a place.
What we did
- Audited and benchmarked the full Google presence against 15 priority keywords.
- Confirmed top-of-Maps positioning across Metro Manila, BGC, Makati, and Quezon City search areas.
- Tracked daily profile engagement: impressions, calls, direction requests, and menu views.
- Identified organic (non-Maps) search visibility as the next growth lever.
Where it stands
The 103 bookings recorded through the Business Profile in June are the number worth sitting with. That is demand arriving without a click on an ad or a commission to a delivery platform. The open work is organic search, plus keeping review recency high enough that Google keeps reading the profile as active.
