The challenge
Multi-location groups fail at local SEO for a boring reason: keeping five profiles current is five times the admin, so it stops happening. Menus drift out of date, photos go stale, and hours are wrong at the one branch nobody checked. Website health scored 39 out of 100 at benchmark, and SEO scored 25, so the organic channel was close to unused.
What we did
- Audited all five branch profiles and established the June 2026 performance baseline.
- Set up menu distribution so all 186 items push to every branch profile from a single source, with no branch-by-branch editing.
- Continued profile optimisation across branches following the March onboarding call.
- Began keyword and visibility tracking so future months measure against this starting point.
Where it stands
Nearly 31,000 Maps impressions and 2,490 direction requests in a month, from profiles that no longer need manual upkeep per branch. This was a baseline month by design, so the meaningful numbers are the ones that come next, measured against it.
