The challenge
Coverage was close to complete, so the work shifted from winning rankings to defending them. Two gaps stood out. Review cadence had slowed, which matters because Google reads recency as a signal that a place is still busy, and the website had no organic search footprint at all despite the strength of the Maps presence.

- Confirmed the #1 Maps ranking and documented all 14 keyword positions.
- Reviewed the Business Profile for completeness and identified the review cadence gap.
- Assessed the website technical foundation ahead of organic search work.
Where it stands
Website health scored 67 out of 100, which is the ceiling on everything outside Maps. A venue with 978 reviews and near-total Maps coverage is leaving the entire organic channel unused. That is the next piece of work, alongside restarting a steady flow of fresh reviews.
